Down South Land Solutions is an owner-operated land clearing and excavation company based in Berry, Alabama. Daxston Farris owns and runs the company.

We work residential, agricultural, hunting-land, and small commercial jobs across West Alabama and into east Mississippi. Most of our work is within roughly 80 miles of Berry — Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Walker, Tuscaloosa, Pickens, Winston, and Cullman counties — with steady work into the Birmingham metro and across the line to Columbus and Starkville.

Jobs are quoted flat after a site walk. We bring our own equipment — excavators, dozers, skid steers, forestry mulchers, dump trucks — and run them ourselves. No subcontractor shuffle.
