WORKING IN LAMAR COUNTY
Lamar County sits right on the Mississippi line, with Vernon as the county seat and Sulligent, Kennedy, and Millport strung along US-278 and the old railroad. The Luxapallila Creek drainage cuts through the middle, so culverts, low-water crossings, and drainage are a routine part of driveway and pad work out here.

LOCAL CULTURE
Hunting and timber culture runs deep — deer camps, food plots, and family land passed down for generations. Vernon still hosts the county fair and school-town parades, and a lot of our Lamar County work is for folks fixing up land they grew up on or building a first house on a corner of the family farm.
