SERVICES
What we do, in detail. Click any service for process, equipment, and the areas we cover.
LAND CLEARING
We clear wooded lots, fence lines, and overgrown acreage down to usable ground. Most jobs combine forestry mulching for undergrowth with mechanical removal of larger timber and stumps, sized to what the land will be used for.
FORESTRY MULCHING
A forestry mulcher grinds standing brush and small trees in a single pass, leaving a layer of chips behind. It's faster and lower-impact than dozer clearing for undergrowth, fence lines, and selective thinning.
EXCAVATION
Dirt moving for footings, basements, pond basins, utility trenches, and bulk cut-and-fill. We work residential, agricultural, and small commercial jobs.
SITE PREPARATION
Everything between raw land and a buildable site: clearing, stripping topsoil, cut-and-fill grading, drainage, and a compacted pad ready for footings or a slab.
DIRT WORK
Hauling, spreading, leveling, and shaping ground. The catch-all category for the in-between jobs: fixing a low yard, building up a wet spot, regrading after a project, or moving fill from one part of a property to another.
GRADING
Shaping the ground so it drains and so what's built on top of it sits level. We do both rough grading (bulk shaping for pads, roads, and lots) and finish grading (the close-tolerance final pass before sod, gravel, or concrete).
DRIVEWAY INSTALLATION
We build gravel driveways from the dirt up: clear the route, cut the road bed, set culverts where the drive crosses a ditch, then lay sub-base and crowned gravel that drains instead of washing.
GRAVEL DRIVEWAYS
New gravel drives, regrading washed-out drives, and adding stone where the existing surface has thinned. Same crew, same equipment as driveway installation — sized to the work.
CULVERT INSTALLATION
Setting culverts under driveways and field crossings. Pipe sized to the drainage area, bedded on compacted base, with headwalls or riprap where the slope wants to erode.
DRAINAGE SOLUTIONS
Finding where water comes from, where it wants to go, and giving it a clean path. Most fixes are some combination of swale, French drain, culvert, and grading — not one product.
POND CONSTRUCTION
Building ponds from scratch — both excavated (dig a basin where you want water) and dammed (block a draw and let it fill). Sized for stock water, fishing, irrigation, or recreation.
POND EXCAVATION
Digging new pond basins and cleaning silt out of existing ponds. Cleanouts restore depth and water quality; new excavated ponds are an option where the terrain won't support a dam.
TREE & STUMP REMOVAL
Pulling trees and grinding or extracting stumps with an excavator and skid steer. Bigger and faster than chainsaw-and-stump-grinder work — sized for fence lines, lots, and storm cleanup.
BRUSH REMOVAL
Clearing brush, briar thickets, privet, and overgrowth — usually with a forestry mulcher or skid-steer brush cutter. Quickest way to reclaim a fence line, field edge, or neglected lot.
TRENCHING
Trenches for water, electric, gas, fiber, septic, and drain lines. Cut to depth, bedded, backfilled in lifts, and the surface put back so you wouldn't know we were there.
DEMOLITION & CLEANUP
Light demolition — sheds, mobile homes, old slabs, fallen barns — and cleanup of storm debris or abandoned junk. We knock down, separate metal where it makes sense, haul off, and clean-grade the site.
STUMP GRINDING
We're your stump grinding specialists in West Alabama. From a single yard stump next to the house to a fence line or lot full of stumps after a clear, we grind them below grade, backfill the hole, and leave a surface you can mow, build on, or drive over.
