LAND CLEARING
We clear wooded lots, fence lines, and overgrown acreage down to usable ground. Most jobs combine forestry mulching for undergrowth with mechanical removal of larger timber and stumps, sized to what the land will be used for.

TYPICAL PROJECT PROCESS
- Walk the property with the owner and mark keep-trees, property lines, and any utilities.
- Drop and stack merchantable timber if requested; otherwise process in place.
- Mulch undergrowth and small trees with a forestry head.
- Push and pile larger debris with a dozer or track loader; grind or haul stumps.
- Rake debris, fill stump holes, and rough-grade the cleared area.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How much does land clearing cost per acre?
It depends on tree density, terrain, and whether stumps need to come out. Light underbrush mulching runs lower per acre than heavy timber with full stump removal. We give a flat per-acre or per-job quote after walking the property.
Do you haul off the debris or burn it?
Either. Mulching leaves wood chips on the ground as cover. For piled debris we can burn on site (with a permit), grind into mulch, or haul off — your call.
Will clearing damage the soil?
Not when it's done right. We avoid working saturated ground, leave root mass where erosion is a risk, and rough-grade so water drains the way you want it to.
