TYPICAL PROJECT PROCESS
- Clear the building envelope and a working buffer around it.
- Strip and stockpile topsoil.
- Cut high spots, fill low spots, and compact in lifts.
- Build the pad to the size and elevation the builder specifies.
- Cut drainage swales or install culverts so water moves away from the pad.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How much dirt is needed for a house pad?
Depends on slope and pad size. A flat half-acre lot might need only stripping and compaction; a sloped lot can need hundreds of yards of fill. We measure and quote.
How long does a house pad take?
Most residential pads take two to five working days once we're on site, weather depending.
